Ecosystem and Technology Specialist

 

 A multidisciplinary ecosystem designer and researcher based in Madrid – Eloise creates solutions and participatory experiences at the intersection of technology, urban planning, and sustainable development. Working in different sectors from academic research to private across the globe, Eloise values learning from others and experimentation to aid bringing creative design into concrete business solutions. She helps organizations and start-ups think beyond short term planning towards building a future where actions are synonymous with values. 

 Recent work includes the development of participatory models focusing on the encouragement of green financing in the energy sector, leading design thinking workshops for social entrepreneurs, creating scalable stakeholder engagement tool-kits, while overseeing the use of technology for efficiency and transparency of urban renovation projects.   

Eloise has a Masters in Geoinformatics from ENSAT/Toulouse II-le Mirail, and a PhD in Ecosystem Services from Leiden University.  She is a native English speaker, fluent in French and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
