Verónica Bermúdez

Vero is an educator, coach and systemic consultant with DBM® methodology. For more than 10 years she has been dedicated to facilitating training, coaching and consulting processes, always promoting participation and stimulating collective intelligence. She has experience working in the public sector and also for social organizations, especially those linked to the field of disability, an area in which she is closely aligned with the Social Approach to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In this field she has designed and developed multiple initiatives for the deployment of this approach in more than 70 organizations throughout Spain. She is passionate about everything that has to do with new forms of organizational development and social innovation processes, applying her knowledge and experience in Active Techniques and Dynamics, TEAL organizations, Design Thinking, Sociocracy 3.0 or Agile. Rural activist, he fights, within different forums and associations, for the dignification of the rural environment and the effects of the fierce urban centrism on it. Lover of the sea, the quiet life, good conversation and chocolate. Absolutely in love with her role as a mother.
