Stephany has a Master´s Degree in Strategic Design and Innovation and a Bachelor´s Degree in Communication and Marketing. Her job is to design strategic solutions with an user-centric perspective to help organizations become more innovative, agile and profitable.

As a certified coach, she has facilitated several workshops for organizations focus on cultural transformation and new ways of working.

She enjoys doing yoga, writing, jogging y and singing on karaokes.
