Sometimes we feel like we don’t have time to collaborate.
That pausing to share, coordinate, or build something together slows us down.
And yet, most of the time, it’s exactly the opposite — and deep down, we all know it.

But still, there’s that resistance.
That tension, that feeling that “there’s no time” to gather, that alone we go faster.
But what matters more… arriving or journeying?

Collaboration may seem slower at first, but in truth it takes us further — and exponentially multiplies both time and results.

It’s hard at the beginning.
There’s an “initial investment” of time, and a mental effort: to question our status quo, to open up to sharing, to connect with other perspectives, to truly understand their context.
Only then can we weave a network of mutual trust.
And that’s when collective creation can emerge.

And poof — time seems to disappear… along with the need to arrive quickly.
Time multiplies, dimensions expand — along with perspectives, learning, reach, depth, and richness.
Mistakes and redundancies are reduced.

And suddenly, my initial, solitary purpose feels small and limited, colorless in the light of a collective purpose — vibrant, alive, emergent, and constantly evolving.

At times, the vertigo returns: the fear of not arriving, the feeling of wasting time.
Time again.
And also the fear of losing my identity, of dissolving in so much collective richness and diversity.

Where is the idea I came with in this dense, elevated mix of co-creation?
From the clear and safe boundaries of control and defined leadership… into a blurred, shared, hybrid form of leadership.

What’s mine or yours used to be clear. It started here and ended there.
But what about ours?
That’s still unknown… because we are building it together. 🙂
